Frequently Asked Questions
When should I use PESONet instead of InstaPay?
Use PESONet when a single transfer is larger than the InstaPay ₱50,000 per-transaction cap and you would rather not split it across days. PESONet has no fixed per-transaction ceiling, but it settles in batches on the same or next banking day instead of instantly.
How fast do GCash cash-outs arrive?
Once your KYC is complete and the operator approves the payout, GCash withdrawals ride InstaPay and usually land within minutes to about an hour. First-time or peak-time withdrawals can take up to around three hours.
Are there fees to cash out?
A PAGCOR-licensed casino charges no withdrawal fee. Costs are wallet-side: GCash cash-in is free to ₱8,000 a month then about 2%, Maya charges roughly ₱15 per outbound transfer, and GoTyme's InstaPay transfers are free.
What does RTP mean for my session?
RTP is a long-run average across millions of spins, not a per-session promise. A 97% slot still has a 3% house edge, and any single session can land far above or below that figure because every spin is independent and random.
Why do two 97% slots feel so different?
Because of volatility. Low-volatility games pay small and often; high-volatility games pay rarely but larger. RTP fixes the long-run payback while volatility decides whether it arrives as many small wins or a few big ones.
Why do I have to complete KYC?
KYC is a PAGCOR requirement that confirms your identity and age before your first withdrawal. Submit one valid ID: passport, UMID, SSS, PhilHealth, driver's licence or PRC ID: and it is reviewed once, usually within 24–48 hours.
Do cashback and VIP rewards guarantee profit?
No. Cashback returns a small percentage of net losses and VIP tiers reward turnover. Both can stretch a budget or soften a loss, but neither makes losing play profitable, and each may carry its own wagering conditions.
Can I set limits on my own play?
Yes. PAGCOR-licensed operators provide deposit limits, self-exclusion and reality checks in your account settings. Switch them on before you need them; our Responsible Gaming lesson explains each tool.
